Went to ABC pet shop in downtown Ipoh. They have lots of exotic pets such as Sphynx cat, monkeys, funny reptiles..saw one small albino turtle and took a photo of it. But not sure what it's called in english.. just know in Cantonese, 'sui yu'.

Mother's Day
How did you spend your Mother's Day? I had dinner with mom and our Filipino maid, Agnes, on Sat night. Her children are all in the Philippines. I brought them to In Cafe, but the restaurant has moved. Then we drove back to town and stopped by at Capucino, a newly opened cafe opposite Elim Gospel Hall. It was a blessing in disguise as it was raining heavily when we arrived at In Cafe but the rain has subsided when we got to Capucino cafe. We had set dinner and everyone was happy with the food. It was a good outing.
On the actual day of Mother's Day, i bought two bouquets of flowers at Ipoh Parade. One for mom and one for my aunt, who has given my family shelter ever since my parents divorced. She's like a mother to me too. Since her children are not around..i need to do something to make her happy, right? :P
So here are the flowers that I gave them..lilies for my aunt and sunflowers for my mom. Mom is my sunshine. :D I sang her the first line of the song too..haha..
Mission: Search for insect killer
My colleague asked me to look for insect killer at any shopping mall i go to during the weekend cuz i usually will go to Kinta City or Ipoh Parade with my dad during the weekends. Well...my search in Tesco Extra (Pengkalan) was in vain. They do not sell such equipments. I was at Jusco today. Below are what I found..

Couldn't find any insect killer in Jusco. We need something like those used in restaurants. Mom suggested to check out those shops which sell restaurants equipments such as fridge, freezer..or electrical shop. Ya..maybe we will do that.

shanghai expo
Everybody is so excited of this expo and it was the topic during our lunch these days as one of my colleagues are going to visit Shanghai in June. I wish I can go..but..ya..but..my money is tight. I can't simply spend in order to save enough money for building a family. :P

You can browse through all the pavilions on the net. Haha..no need to go there personally, can view all the beautiful buildings already. Why spend so much? :P Which pavilion do you like? Hmm..if i go there, i definitely will visit China's, Poland, Iceland, Czech..Austria. But maybe only take a few pictures outside the pavilion. hehehe..the ticket is so expensive. Might as well spend some time visiting famous places in Shanghai!
Alright..so where should I go for my holidays? .....
